Mark your calendars for the next exciting Build a Buddy event! Pre-order your animal by September 5 at 5:55 pm and put it together on September 6 at the Nesmith!
When: Saturday, September 6 from 10 am - 1 pm
Where: Nesmith Library Multipurpose Room
Cost: $15 each, if ordered online by 9/5/25. $20 each if purchased in person at the door. Door sales are subject to stock on hand.

September 2023
In September 2023, FLOW and The Nesmith library held our fifth annual Build a Buddy workshop to the excitement of the many young Windham residents who created a new buddy from scratch with love! This year, the event will be held on September 7th, 2024 from 11AM-2PM and we'll welcome children of all ages back to create a new friend as they head back to school. All proceeds go to supporting FLOW in increasing public awareness and the use of the library's resources by encouraging appreciation, understanding, and enjoyment of the educational and cultural programs at the library.
An event this big would not be possible without the help of our amazing, hard working student volunteers. Students receive credit toward fulfilling the community service requirement with this event! You can even request to work alongside your friends!Thank you! But, you don't have to be a student to volunteer!
