OUR PARTNERS:

The 32nd Annual Strawberry Festival is on Saturday, May 30, 2015!!

The Friends of the Library of Windham are gearing up for the 2015 Strawberry Festival and Book Fair on Saturday, May 30, 2015.  It will take place at Windham High School (64 London Bridge Road, Windham, NH) from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

This event will feature games, entertainment, raffles, information booths and even a dodgeball arena!  Inflatables will include a 35ft long obstacle course, 40ft long volcano slide, a bounce house and a deluxe photo booth.  You can play unlimited games for one price of $8 for ages 4 and up and $6 for ages 3 and under for the entire day.  Prizes for the games are included (while supplies last).

There will also be plenty of delicious food for purchase provided by the local establishments of The Lobster Tail, The Kitchen at Windham Junction, Capri Pizza and Kona Ice.  Don't forget the grill with hamburgers and hot dogs served up by local celebrity "chefs!"  And what is a Strawberry Festival without the Festival's signature strawberry shortcake.

New this year! The "Strawberriest" Kids Parade.  Dress your children up like strawberries, bakers, Strawberry Shortcake or another strawberry surprise.  Feel free to decorate strollers and wagons.  (No pets please)  The parade will line up at 11:00am.

The festival is the major fundraiser for the Nesmith Library and its’ success is the reason that F.L.O.W. is able to sponsor museum passes, children and adult programming, scholarships – just to name a few!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Amanda Laws and Michelle Stith at strawberryfestival@flowwindham.org.  We hope to see you there!
