The Friends of the Library of Windham are gearing up for the 2014 Strawberry Festival and Book Fair. The festival is the major fundraiser for the Nesmith Library and its’ success is the reason that F.L.O.W. is able to sponsor museum passes, children and adult programming, scholarships – just to name a few!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Laura Bellavia and Michelle Stith at email@example.com.
The Strawberry Festival Committee is in the process of planning this wonderful event and now we need you! Windham's annual Strawberry Festival would not be possible without the time and talents of Windham's citizens. F.L.O.W. needs volunteers to bake biscuits, cut strawberries, paint kids' faces, make balloon animals, direct traffic (orange vest included!), sell refreshments and much more! No contribution of your time is too small and we have roles for citizens of all ages! Last year, over 200 people donated a few hours of their time to help out at the festival. We hope you’ll consider volunteering this year. Our dedicated volunteers are what make the Strawberry Festival and Book Fair successful each year. Please visit http://tiny.cc/2014StrawberryFestival and http://tinyurl.com/2014SFBookFair for information on available volunteer positions. We look forward to seeing you on May 31st!
